EST. 2006
Flow began as just a small group of friends in 2006 with a shared passion for hip-hop dance, and the drive to develop a hip-hop community in Kingston. Today, our club involves over 150 students and we teach them a wide variety of hip-hop styles with music and dance inspirations from across Africa, Asia, and the Americas. We offer classes with unique choreography, taught so as to accommodate dancers of all levels and experiences. Mostly, we focus on personal growth of our students through our classes, our freestyle sessions, and preparation for the Mid-year and Final Flow Shows.
We encourage expression through dance in your own style, at your own pace, surrounded by people who love it and want to improve just as much as you do. Our culture is unique because joining our club is akin to joining our family. Looking back on our history, the presidents who led this club, and the dancers who stayed with this club--you are not just a dancer in Flow, but Flow becomes a part of you.

FLOW PERFORMANCE CREW
Flow Performance Crew is a selected team of dancers that represents Flow Dance Club at school performances and provincial competitions. Each year, we hold auditions to find talented and passionate dancers to join our team. We welcome all years to come out and challenge themselves and show us their best moves!
